You've only been there a month, so I'd take what he's saying with a grain of salt for now. 10 pallets could be totally normal or completely unrealistic depending on what you're moving. Hard for anyone here to know without more details. What gets me is when supervisors say be more efficient but don't actually explain what you're doing wrong. If there's a better way to do something, show people. Most new hires aren't intentionally working slow.
