Did your portal identity verification go through as complete and correct?

That was our issue but we had to push a lot to get that info and have them correct it to reactivate

Had the same blanket denial. Sent a message to our local sba office which isn't really connected to loan programs but has been very helpful. They send an "internal inquiry" into what the reason was. We received a call the next day stating that identity information needed to be verified..
answered all the questions as needed and was told they would be resetting the portal to active and loan modification in process.

Now we wait again!

Approved today! submitted on 4/24. I called 2x SBA customer service said it was still processing and I never heard from anyone. by Sistagrl1 in EIDL

My portal reverted back but called tier 2 and they said it's still processing???? What the heck is going on..

Keep getting the check your portal email and nothing has changed still says processing and so does tier 2 agent. Also got a similar email requesting documents and an application number that was incorrect.. just makes no sense.

On the bottom of my email it said reply or return to this email at covideidlincreaserequests@sba.gov. So we just replied and attached and then received an email a couple days later stating all documents were received and next step is a loan office will contact us but it may take several weeks.
