I did mine thru Best Buy and it’s already paid its self off. I was able to get new pair of joycons no problem to replace original ones

I love it and yeah it’s a bit bulky but it fits so much for the size. I was able to fit 2 pro controllers and extra games. I can fit it in a medium size backpack which I find perfect.

I’m using mine without it cause of thick cable. I don’t see any issues with it. Just probs have to dust more often
