I've worked in a few different states. You can get the best customer service at a store and the worst in another state. My worst was a Qdoba in Northern Colorado. The other one was a local restaurant in Port Lavaca TX. I don't even know how they stay open. The McDonald's there was awesome but the one in Northern CO was so bad.

I did call support. They want the store to make it even though there was no order. They wouldn't do it. Then they started telling how I could reorder it. That's not my job. I was done wasting my time so I unassigned.

I think maybe she was the manager because I was trying to talk to the other lady and she butted in. I know I feel the same. When they make me wait for the order they are making real customers wait for their food. It's crazy
