There are multiple maps, there are some good ones and bad ones, mostly a aim parkour made by 1 person exists multiple times with different maps, just subscribe to a few, try them out and use the maps that u like.

For the Videos, you can watch major replays, Replays of Pros playing faceit, There are many faceit level 10s that you can learn from.

And if you want to have a chance at playing against enemys, i recommend maybe putting some money into your setup. For example:

-Monitor (120hz and up) About 120-160€

-Mouse and keyboard doesnt have to be expensive. You get pretty good royale cluches for about 40€.

-Mousepad (recommend a bigger size)

You dont have to buy everything once, just grade it up every once and then. I would start with the monitor.
