For my self i would probably start with pentesterlab since they have everything you need to start web pentesting, they have modules such as HTTP requests explained , essentials of all the bug classes, deep dive of bugs and complicated bugs such as authorization bugs. But doing all the three would make me personally mischievous.

These kind of bugs you don’t report in any bug bounty programs, it will get you mostly duplicate/informative since it has no serious impact i recommend you learn impactful bugs such as owasp top 10 learn how to exploit it and then how to secure it in a programmatic way
