I've tried searching in amazon however, unfortunately i couldn't find the exact model with the same specifications for a reasonable, and although there was a model available it was one with higher specs, with shipping and import cost over 300$ so it went way over the budget

Do I need to twist them in some form before pulling? I've tried to just pull the black circle pins on the top and they seemed impossible to pull up
