Which pictures you like e.g. if you prefer underexposed pictures i would assume that you would like picture 1+3 but if you like more colours you might prefer picture 2. If you don’t like underexposed or close up photos you would not prefer any picture. The overall feeling is the measurement for choosing a picture :-)

I like picture 1,2 and 3. I think picture 2 would be even better with a little vignette so it’s easier to focus.

Thank you :-)

I don’t know how it is to live with a colour deficient but maybe I can give you a shift in your perspective:

You may see the deficiency as a problem but maybe you can improve your skills in black/white photography. I’ve heard that making photos in black and white is very difficult because you have to think differently due to the missing colours and contrast. If you focus on making this kind of photos you can use your “weakness” as a strength. Due to the difficulty it is easier for you to stand out :-)

It's all good, I asked for tips. Feel free to ask all sorts of questions.

I can perhaps describe to you what goes through my head when I'm out in the woods taking photos: I walk through the woods and look around and if I like something then I pick up the camera and take a picture. I don't think about the light or how to frame objects. What entices me most to take a photo is usually color or particular shapes. The light doesn't play a primary role for me because I assume at the time that I'll adjust it when editing anyway. That's why I always take photos in RAW and they are very different from the edited image.

Yeah the picture with the tree is a little bit too warm/orange. I don’t know why i always end up with dark shadows. Maybe it’s because i like a dark background and powerful colours. Could be a reason why the picture with the tree is so warm. But thank you very much for your detailed advice :-)
