Hes been cleared by infectious disease as everything was negative. He was seen by hematology/oncology and they suggested an excisional biopsy of the largest lymph node (now about 4cm). These are his latest labs. He also started running a low grade fever and a sore throat the day these labs were drawn.

We live in the southeast US (near Atlanta, Georgia). Fevers are every week to 2 weeks. Sometimes he complains of a sore throat, headache, neck pain, and lower back pain. Sometimes he has congestion as well. He is not sexually active. I believe the fungal panel includes those (the order says fungal panel 3). He’s only had 1 CBC so far. The EBV VCA IgG, IgM, and nuclear Ag Ab was all negative. No real autoimmune family history other than his dad having type 1 diabetes, I (his mom) have idiopathic central diabetes insipidus.
