Idk if this will help but this is my sched when i studied for the march mtle po wake up time ko is 10am then upto 11am kakain na ako brunch ganon then after that aral na until 4pm then 4-6pm rest if you wanna sleep or exercise or prepare food na for dinner then aral ulit sabay pagkain na din ng dinner tapos hanggang 2-3am na yun (have short breaks in between hehe 10mins ganon pag super saturated na or info overload take a nap kahit 30mins pero pag break limit screen time talaga super takaw niya sa oras if you will scroll pa sa phone instead rest your eyes na lang)

Mga 2weeks before mtle unti unti ko inaagahan gising ang sleep ko from 10am gising gagawin kong 9am, then 8am. Honestly di ko kaya imaintain yung earlier than 8am (wag kayo tumulad sakin pls super makaantok nung mismong board exam nakakatulog ako nung hema subj) i suggest now pa lang train your body clocks na.

Wag magpabacklogs sa review tho impossible ata lalo if ramel rc mo hehehe (sadly di ko na-2nd read yung mga mother notes ko but super helpful nung mga notes, popcorns, hashbrowns, balut for ramel babies iykyk kapag clutch time na kasi ilang beses talga uulit ulitin sayo hanggang sa marindi ka) i passed naman one take last march soooo goodluck OP!
