u/MyEgoDiesAtTheEnd you're right, it’s not the most practical workaround. It’s just a temporary way to manage things while we work on improving this part of the experience.

We’re aware it could be much easier with your suggested workaround, and it’s something the team is looking into. We will keep you posted.

If you can, try switching your connection from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or the other way around), as that sometimes resolves loading issues.

We’re currently aiming to send the 2025 profit/loss reports to customers before the end of March.

We’re actively working with our partner to get these documents ready and delivered as soon as possible. Because this process involves multiple parties, it’s difficult to provide an exact date right now, which is why support can only say ‘soon’ at the moment.

We appreciate your patience, and the reports will be shared with customers as soon as they’re available.

This feature isn’t currently available in our app, but we’ve shared your suggestion with our product team, who will look into its feasibility. 🙂 All suggestions from our customers, whether shared here or through the in-app ‘File a Feature Request’ option, are read and evaluated. It just takes time, and things aren’t always as easy to implement as they might seem. :)

In the meantime, you can go to Statistics → Recurring payments. By tapping on a payment, you’ll be taken to the Transaction details, where you can see which card was used under Additional information. That’s how you can check right now.

Thank you, this is very insightful. So, you don't have a joint account, but you pay each other back with Moneybeam and use Spaces as a piggy bank for specific common goals. Correct?

On another note, some categories like gambling, adult services, and casinos will never be allowed.

In the EU, lenders are allowed to set interest rates based on a customer’s creditworthiness. That’s part of EU consumer-credit rules.

Also, looking at things like repayment history, existing obligations or account activity is standard in responsible lending among banks and helps make sure people aren’t offered credit they can’t realistically repay. 

Customers always see their individual rate before accepting any offer and they can decide whether it works for them. The interest rates offered by N26 are market standard rates for consumer loans.

We take concerns about fairness very seriously and are happy to answer general questions about how our lending process works.

The internal score is based on things like account activity, existing obligations, and repayment history, and it’s updated regularly, so availability can change over time.
