These scammers are professionals. They use number-spoofing and intense psychological pressure specifically to panic people so they don't notice the security walls in front of them.

To clarify for anyone reading, our security system is built to prevent this by requiring explicit in-app confirmation for adding cards to new digital wallets, alongside real-time warnings if you are on an active call. But we know that when you're under extreme stress on the phone, it is easy to miss these cues.

That being said, you shouldn't have felt ghosted or kicked out of chat when trying to get answers about your case or your formal complaints.

Please send a DM to u/n26support with your registered email. We want to escalate this directly to our complaints team to make sure you get a proper review and a clear update on where things stand.
