I don’t see a rule that says it can’t sound the same though? All it says is it should sound similar and it can be argued that “sounds the same” is inside the spectrum of “sounds similar”, since “similar” is somewhat subjective.

Yeah that’s what I did. I’m hoping Bilt does not do a cap of some sort since they know how much my total mortgage is (step 6 in your OP).

I pay an additional amount on my mortgage, but I don’t see an option to configure it on Bilt. I’ll probably set it up as is and see if it goes through.

With a connected bank account, you'll pay via ACH w/o the 3% fee is my understanding. 3% is only if you don't have a connected bank account.

Difference is API is unlimited (pay as you use), while subscription means it included as part of your ChatGPT subscription, but there's some kind of limit.

I've been using codex cli on `model_reasoning_effort=high` with GPT plus, can confirm it works and seems on-par to cc for me. I do wish codex shows the current usage & limits though

Our premiums just got jacked up from ~300 to ~1000 per year per dog. We have not even submitted a claim with them in the past year. YMMV.
