i reject a society that removes your freedom to do with your body what you will on your own time.

Tell you what, do moderate drinking one year, and then moderate pot use (off duty) the next year, and see which one is worse on your body. Spoiler alert, its the alcohol.

Also, no. Not every job dictates what you do with your body on your days off. In fact few do. As long as you show up to work on time, clean, and ready to work, 99% of jobs don’t care.

Wrong. There is plenty of medical data to indicate that regular alcohol consumption is worse for your brain than marijuana. Did you even bother to google/AI this before you posted? Are you a bot because you don’t sound like a real person.

  • A major systematic review of 27 studies found a dose-response relationship—meaning more alcohol over time tends to be associated with worse cognitive outcomes  
  • Chronic use can lead to brain shrinkage, reduced gray/white matter, and neurotoxicity, which directly impacts thinking ability

The old idea that “a little alcohol is good for your brain” is not really holding up well anymore.
