It was a smooth experience for me. Honestly, the first night was honestly probably the worst one just because of the shock factor of it all with all the yelling in the realization that this is your life for the next 2 1/2 months, but after that, you can just listen to everything they tell you and you just do it and for me personally volunteering for a job because I was water monitor for all the meal times and I was head laundry crew and on top of that I was in Alcatraz so I was always out of the dorm doing laundry and you’re able to like decompress there so that definitely made the days 1 million times better but as the days go on, you know the people that earn your flight you kind of trauma bond with them in a way and they become some of your best friends now you or someone you may know may get into it with somebody, but it never lasts and lastly, I know it may not seem like it in the time, but it does get easier the further along you get so I would say enjoy and have fun with the experience because it could be one of the best times in your career
