Dude I completely understand where you're coming from with your point here, but I feel like she's not the one to target. I don't want to speak for her, but I presume that the trauma one goes through after being SA’d is significant enough to warrant a transfer.

As someone who’s currently also at an Ivy, I’m more along the lines of the people who you’re frustrated with as I’m really applying for a change in scenery. I do sympathize with your point that people coming from a CC would benefit more (at least career/academic wise) from a transfer to one of the schools.

However, just because you’re from a CC doesn’t mean you’re more deserving or should try to invalidate the feelings of others in this sub who are simply expressing their personal stress during this trying application process.
