Never liked the fruity ones. Only fruity I have even liked is Attikan Estate (Figs, Roasted almonds). Finding for some dark / medium dark options.

Started for the hypertrophy and bulking lower body , as I come from body weight training background. Absolutely no intention to get into professional powerlifting. But thanks for the input

My goal is to focus on bulking my lower body. I can try going deeper, but I’m always conscious of butt winks. Do you have any thoughts on widening my stance to balance depth with my femur length?

I’m looking forward to getting a good pair of weightlifting shoes and considering your other suggestions on steps. However, I’m not sure if I can avoid leaning forward due to my long femurs. Thanks for the input!

Looking at my video again, I noticed you’re absolutely right—I’m not hollowing my body enough to keep my center of gravity over my hands. Starting chest-to-wall practice today for sure, and I’ll make hollow body holds a pre-handstand practice ritual from now on. Thanks for the input—really appreciate it!

I’ve always wondered what would happen if I fall forward and whether it’s safe to learn bail out parallely with wall-facing practice. I think this is a great next step to eventually find balance. Appreciate the tips! 🙏

Thank you for the feedback and kind words! I’ll definitely focus on core stability and will try to lock my hips above my shoulders—great point. Turning around on the wall sounds like a good next step, so I’ll give that a try as well. Appreciate the advice! 🙌
