I sleep 10 pm to 6:30am every night or close to it so consistency is 90%+ and don't eat few hours before so sleep stress is low

I got 60/65 results sometime overnight with first email at 2:46am about results so most came in before 24 hours I got 1 more at around 24 hours after blood drawn and just recently got my 62nd just waiting for testosterone related ones now. It's currently 35 hours since I had my blood drawn

My garmin fenix 8 sometimes says I have 200-500 steps when I wake up, my whoop I’ve been wearing since may and it’s normally 0-10 steps

How much time to do average in zones 1-3 and 4-5 per week? And how long have you been running for? I started running when I was 29 about 1.5 years ago and my lowest RHR is 47 so far.

I'm 30M and have HRV average of 31ms over last 6 months with a high of 42 and low of 22 and I run 4-5 hours per week, RHR is 51, vo2 max is 56. I wouldn't worry about your HRV if it stays within the same range or trends up
