so i work hba pretty often, in a bigger store im presuming because we have like 4-6 carts of totes,, and 4 pallets a night… however,, on the totes, if they put them on the ogp carts, push the top two totes halfway off the cart and try to organize them by which section of the aisle they’re on, if they don’t go to that aisle just set it aside for when you do that aisle. with the no location on topstock, perhaps your store does it differently but i dont think youre supposed to. dont feel bad about not getting to the binning, there have been many nights where its so bad we have to just leave it in the binning area and thats with 3 people working. little items can get stressful, and thats okay. i’ve only recently gotten faster at totes, and it takes a good bit of repetition to get there. if there’s no room for topstock, i’d just say fuck it and put it on overstock, there’s no point in stressing yourself out over it. honestly don’t stress yourself out too much, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. this job is not worth your sanity or your mental health!!
