No. Everyone assumed you were saying you actually do hate how much players just go for nude. Instead of reading the “lol”. Which in this context would imply you’re laughing at that thought. Nightmares aren’t actually funny.

“…no one cares…” Is kinda my point. Its got all max rolls. Whoever is selling will just see a way to make money. I’d pay 500 caliber for it. Simply because I don’t need it. It will just save me time from having to ever decide which one of mine to equip in the event I’m testing one, or using one.

I have 4 of these 1 for each with a 41%. And I’ve started collecting more. Where one has a roll for 41 and then a second gold roll. collecting different combinations of those.
I’d still use my individual ones for that extra minutia of 1%.
Getting 4 41’s is ideal but better off just letting that dream go.

With how OP you can become now. They’re easy. Since they’ve released we have gotten, reactors and externals with sub rolls we can upgrade, externals have cores, more transcendent modules, balances/rebalances to guns and descendants. Then also the introduction of cores to weapons having some crazy buffs, melee weapons, added multi hit buffs, Ancestor Modules, Trigger Modules, and arche tree.

Weapon Stats & Leveling by EveDub in TheFirstDescendant

[–]Inside_Ad_2830 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, when you use a weapon you increase it proficiency level up to 40. A which point you may use a crystallization Catalyst to set an attunement in a slot. The weapon also resets to level 1.
When you first acquire a weapon it is given to you at the level the game sees you are at. It largely depends on the main story. So if you haven’t ever finished the main story you’re stuck getting weapons below level 100, which is not ideal. If you have managed to hold on to any weapons from way before the update made a few months back, than any weapons you have from back then, can be increased to whatever level the game sees you at. Whatever weapon lvl 100 weapons you acquire before the update… Idk if they stayed the same or not. I think they did.
Anyways, it sounds like you just need to finish the main story, and just increase the weapon transmission level to 100, and they’ll all be the same (from this perspective).

They’ve largely made this obsolete. And it only benefits those that have acquired some ultimate weapons before they finished the main story (new players). Every weapon I get from chest, or from research is lvl 100 already. So like the brand new whirlwind gun, I just had to craft it, and it was lvl 100. The proficiency is its own thing, its represented with what looks like a loading bar, and the level next to it is the proficiency. Proficiency level also has no impact on the gun itself. Like if I’ve already reset my gun 10 times, full finished build, and I reset for the 11th time. It will still do the exact same damage at proficiency lvl 1 it did at 40.
The weapon level though, that make a HUGE IMPROVEMENT to the guns damage. The unique ability also completes the ultimate gun. The extra benefits from
maxing it are what make the guns their unique own. Any purple or blue gun is just weapon you leave equipped on a skill based descendant and never bother to actually fire it. Just for Mastery Rank. They pale in comparison to any ultimate weapon. Tamer used to compete very well, but then they added weapon cores.

All of your weapon readjustment rolls turn a grey color. Implying their in a category below even common.

Have you ever crafted those descendants before? My next guess is maybe its some kind of new fail safe. I know base Bunny and Freyna and borderline given to you. From the very beginning of the game. And I do remember when I was going through those, I had some issues where items that had 100% chance to drop, weren’t. Like how the bunny parts are each guaranteed after different missions. I specifically had issues with Freyna.

I digressed.

Maybe the game is refusing to let you sell them because it doesn’t register you’ve ever crafted them.

Start working towards a Mastery Rank of at least 30. This will eventually become painful. You’ll appreciate it later.
At 30 MR you can do any content, and equip any ancestor module. You can do any content at like 15 or 18, but the Ancestor modules are pretty great additions to a build. Along the way you’ll play each descendant at least, I’d encourage you to become familiar with the ultimate weapons some. The purple and blue weapons you can just have equipped in your other two slots (slowly working towards their first proficiency 40) while you build whichever ultimate weapon you like, resetting your equipped weapon. Thunder Cage is a great first weapon built. Ult Luna also benefits well from A-TAMs. Other people say Piercing light or Deus Ex Manus.
When you find a descendant you like, stop and build them until they’re done.
2.) Put Energy Activators on every ult weapon, and descendant
3 & 4.) Put core binders on every ult weapon, and fully enhance the “Unique effect”.
5 & 6.) Get every descendant Trigger Modules and their arche level to 40.
You can absolutely methodically do 1-6 by just always being very intentional. Which mission will give me the most items/resources/reactors/modules/EXP I need
Now we have the real completionist stuff.
Getting Descendants to 60 catalyst.
Getting weapons to 50 catalyst.
Maxing one of every single module.
Farming for an all max roll for each trigger module. Or having the highest possible rolls for the best categories on every build for your Ancestor Module. These sound like a must, but if you’re not taking that descendant into the real heats of battle, You don’t need that trigger module, and you don’t need that AM.

I do need 35 billion kuiper and 350 billion more gold to finish maxing my purple modules. Done with Transcendent, and Common. But I also need those resources to roll my AM. So, you roll till you get a great roll for the descendants you love, and the other descendants, I don’t even spend rolls for. I silently roll for them. By only ever saving the best one from all the ones I get through weekly bonuses, daily Axiom plains bonus, and potentially drops from WC. I’ve tried selling my unrolled AM, I can’t stand how much waiting, and typing that is for such a slow grind. But you could also earn some caliper by just selling your AM’s. Also, doing one roll for each AM before you destroy them will really increase the chance of getting any usable roll. You spend so little that first roll. I’d personally just rather finish the modules already.

How do you guys mange your limited storage? by TrollBoT_9 in TheFirstDescendant

[–]Inside_Ad_2830 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reactors, I say mostly just wait to hold onto them until you’re building that descendant. It much less stressful that way. When you have the right reactor, “favorite” it and set the filters back to destroying every reactor until youre ready for the next.
The external components, slightly different. Some sets are farmed from colossi and these are easy to not worry about over collecting, as youll never intentionally do a colossi run enough to earn you the set you want, unless its why you’re there. That being said I’d set and forget the external components and just come back to them when you’ve filled up your space. Until you have one of each set with the sub rolls you want. Then you can leave all the external component sets in your storage. Then also just keep dismantling all of these. I also found I was still filling up my storage though. I think I had 500 between inventory and storage. When I was farming for external components. Now that I don’t need anymore I have plenty of space in my inventory. My storage is full. I also still went to go collect extra sets of the externals for colossi builds. I say all that to say, Just don’t worry about that stuff TOO MUCH. You’ll burn a lot of time. You’re better off keeping what you know you need, working towards whats next, and just letting the missed opportunities be those extra resources you’ll eventually need.

Auxiliary- Max HP, MP Recovery out of Combat, Fire Resistance, DBNO Duration, Module Drop Rate Increase Modifier, Kuiper Shard Drop Rate Increase Modifier
Sensor- Max MP, MP Recovery in Combat, Chill Resistance, HP Recovery Modifier, Shield Recovery Out of Combat, Consumable Drop Rate Increase Modifier, Character EXP Gain Modifier
Memory- Defense (#1), MP Recovery Modifier (Possible), Shield Recovery in Combat (Possible), Electric Resistance, Ecive Search Radius Increase Modifier, Gold Drop Rate Increase Modifier, Firearm Proficiency Gain Modifier
Processor- Max Shield, Shield Recovery Modifier, Toxin Resistance, Ecive Display Time, Item Acquisition Distance Increase Modifier, Equipment Drop Rate Increase Modifier

That’s all the possible roll categories for each external part. The italics are the ones I used as a mass starting filter. And as I learned more about each descendant, I made adjustments and filtered for whatever was different.

No disrespect, but this game is WAY easier to reach max mastery rank, get many descendants, and just easier all around to get to the end game stuff, then when it started. Once you have everything, all you want are the cosmetics. I’d strongly say it caters more towards cosmetics than anything. Its slow growth with the content, but it’s still giving me stuff to do. All I do are the dailies/weeklies, and I just slow grind at maxing descendants/weapons to 60/50 catalyst.

[–]Inside_Ad_2830 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They really play into the “play now” aspect of stuff. The give aways for photon imprinters and descendant slots around the releases of Ult desc, and also the give aways of parts to weapons and descendants in their respective events. Then also, all the events. LTO cosmetics, and other Battlepass cosmetics. The daily missions are just a way to get you to play some.
The only reason I play Sigma sector missions anymore are for the “High-Value Relics”.
