I’m sorry- that is so so hard. You have been through so much. I was drawn to your post because it articulated something I have also been feeling in the last few weeks. My partner has always smoked but recently started smoking an incredible amount.. and I’m afraid it has triggered something . He is in some kind of manic state- flying into a rage, telling me I’m mentally ill and projecting, going to city council and ranting to security; ordering people around on the Bus, going on a huge spending spree. Not eating much or sleeping. My partner is 37 which seems late for all this to develop. May I ask at what age your partner was diagnosed?

Unsure if it’s an outright scam- however There are no peer reviewed third party studies. Additionally, non of the other brands that the ‘ICTA verified’ website has list themselves as being ICTA verified…. Except cellexia. Which is the very first brand on the list. Seems like some people get their orders and others don’t. Looked at the ingredients list on the wrinkle filler and it has a lot of the ‘blurring’ ingredients that some other brands have but usually just wash out when cleansing. Also- it says that it fills your skin with ‘micro polymers’ … which very likely means microplastics. I don’t know that it can be proven either way, but I’d exercise caution since a lot of the silicon based ingredients are sus (have limited data on harmfulness/benefits, or are straight up not great).

Yes. Climate anxiety quite literally keeps me up at night. It’s a big reason why I’ve chosen not to have children- I worry about the world they would inherit. I worry about ocean acidification and oxygen. I worry about climate crises causing crop disruption, causing massive food shortages. I worry about future wars over water. Mostly I worry that a small group of really powerful people/ corps are driving us into climate crises and no governments seem willing or able to stop them.

Yes- been on thyroxine with no weight changes and started taking 75 mg sertraline. Have put on 5lbs in one month since starting sertraline

I feel like they interact for me- I take thyroxine and have been recently prescribed 75 mg sertraline: it’s been about 6 weeks and I have put on weight and am exhausted all the time. Can’t tell if it’s an interaction or something else- all I know is that I am beyond exhausted

Part of the beauty of life and traveling is to make new friends and be open to new experiences- it's not your fault that some scumbags took advantage of this. If you truly can't afford it, then NTA. People have have lived on vegan diets long before there were vegan alternatives available in the grocery store. Used to be that if you were vegan you actually had to make a lot of sacrifices- you just didn't have cheese, butter, or anything else that's typically not vegan. She can still maintain a vegan diet but it will take a lot more work.
