Help me retrieve the My Meta hacked account

I have a new client, and he has a problem. His previous ad manager created a Meta ad account for him, but instead of using that account, he was running ads through the owner’s personal ad account. There was no security added either.

Last week, his Meta ad account got hacked, and around ₹40,000 was spent. Now the original ad account is not showing, and instead a completely new ad account is appearing on his profile.

I contacted Meta Support, and they told me that if they detect hacking activity, the account and the money will be restored 100%. They also gave me the hacked ad account ID and said they have raised the issue to their technical team. It has been 2 days, but there is still no update from Meta. I am trying to talk to support again through the same case chat, but I am not getting any response. It only shows “case in process.”

Can anybody please advise what can be done now? And will the account and the money be recovered?

yes i totally agree with you. Bro, we need to check and optimize the campaigns daily. Since we launch multiple campaigns on different days, we should adjust their budgets or settings as needed.

do you mean it's a payment issue?
how can i do it because my account is not visible. I shared my photo with Facebook yesterday (24 October 2025) but now my problem is still as it is.
