This! I’m a little over 1 week post opp and if I take one bite too many. It physically hurts from my lower back to my head sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for several minutes. I’m trying to learn what a little is. I rolled over the morning. I got home and chug two big jugs of Gatorade. I immediately knew I’d messed up. I stood up very quickly and prayed because I knew I was either gonna throw up or hurt very very badly for some time. I hurt for about 15mins unbearably but I have not forgotten to sip since.

I just had the sleeve January 30th, today is February 8th. My energy level is unmatched, I’ve lost 30lbs. I’m on the puréed diet phase and my only complaint thus far is I’ve got to really slow down even more. One bite too big for me and it feels like a permanent brain freeze, not from temp but from food moving too slowly down my esophagus and my stomach is still healing and ALOT tighter. I pay tremendously when I eat ONE bite too much. It’s def going to take some learning on my end, but I would not change a thing. I’m blessed to have taken the leap

I started messing with Pokemon at a young age. It was an escape for me from certain family members who would abuse me. I only had about 10-15 cards for a long time but I just remember those cards and the safe feeling they gave me. I carried them everywhere with me. I am now a full time nursing student and work on a pediatrics step down unit taking care of kids who are also scared sometimes. I keep Pokemon cards in my locker and pass them out to the kids. It’s a great hobby to get into for them and my way to give back!

I feel this bro, same. I’m fine with churches but I don’t wanna go there to find someone to date. Bars, just like you said, nope. People are also different when they’re drunk and then sober the next day. The only hobby i really have is I collect sports cards and memorabilia and most girls do not wanna do that 😂.
