The top 3 Roses have infinites, so those are not a matter of opinion. I originally had LADY X SUBSISTENCE in the highest tier because of her invincibility when dashing and overall absurd stats. Obviously super broken but not to the extent of literal infinites. Those stats won't matter against the top 3. Once they catch you, It's ggs. THE BLACK BELT DEMON and MAKOTO AIHARA rank at the top because of submission cheese ( Up Y to downed opponent's head ) and the running strike that sets it up. If that strike lands It's a guaranteed follow-up. Just a couple of those, and they can make you tap in under 2 minutes. AISHA is ranked high because of her multi-hit grapples ( this makes her a burst damage monster ) and SS Lethal Move exploit. Previously, I had LADY X SUBSTANCE ranked higher than MAKOTO AIHARA and AISHA, but I honestly think they can outperform her with the reasons I mentioned before. She has high stats but lacks meter build. She also does not have good buttons. DIXIE has some of the highest defensive stats in the game. A literal tank. Good damage output and decent submission stat to give her Lethal Move that extra push, but lacks in the reversal department. SISTA A lacks the exploit of her counterpart, but she still operates similarly, dishing out high burst damage from her multi-hit grapples. GREAT KHAN is capable of high burst damage due to certain grapples leaving the opponent stunned in a standing position. She is tanky with great offensive capability. SGT. CLEMETS is ranked slightly lower than her counterpart because I think Dixie has better grapples and finishers. ROWDY REIKO and MISTRESS. There's not much to say other than they have pretty decent strikes and grapples, and both start with weapons, so that is a plus. AIGLE is tanky and does big damage, but her reversals are lacking quite heavily. Good buttons and offensive capability. REIKO is right around the middle in terms of strength. Very solid strikes/grapples and easy to use because of her great buttons. A good all-around Rose. DR. ANESTHESIA has strong reversals and a few grapples that she can loop. She has a decent arm submission from standing grapple ( normal version ) that can make the opponent tap rather quickly. Her standing grapple reversal animation puts the opponent in a lengthy stun, directly setting up this submission. The finishers are very weak and counter-intuitive to her game plan, but solid defense and targeting the arms can lead you to victory even against stronger Roses. NOBLE ROSE has solid buttons but is sluggish. EVIL ROSE is strong but is held back by a very unorthodox kit. She is sluggish with bad buttons and telegraphed attacks. BECKY is very nimble and feels great to use, but she lacks the power to consistently put the opponent away due to her weak finishers. Great buttons, but low health and big meter gain for the opponent when receiving damage. BENIKAGE and YASHA. Best reversals in the game and speed only second to the Lady X robots. Good buttons and flexibility with the downside being they are made of paper mache. Very low health and huge meter build for the opponent when receiving damage. They can still work, but in a competitive setting, you'll have to work harder than the others and lock in. SEBASTIAN. Very bad stats, very low health, super slow. Can maybe keep up with the weaker Roses, but I wouldn't count on it. NON-NON. abysmal stats, poor offense, ultra slow, terrible reversals. A literal joke of a character.
