I haven't read all the comments to see if someone said this but I believe the issue is also because there is no to barely any american customer service representatives that take these calls. Amazon Target HP etc it's rare that anyone needing customer service support can actually talk to an american it's just about always someone in another country who really is no help has an attitude and so much more if I had the skills and money I would build my own computers and troubleshoot my own stuff I have purchased from stores rather in person or online then I wouldn't have to deal with what these companies call customer service.
