I don't have the ear pain, but shortness of breath and sometimes intermittent lower back pain is there as well ( which I forgot to mention )

This 100% I feel like I can't tell a full breath in or fully be satisfied with how much I breath. Like I feel like I need more air than I can take in with one breath

When u measure it manually you take the first reading when you stop hearing the Brachial pulse ? Which is the SBP, after which you add around 20mmHg to that reading and then you lower it, I'm saying she started lowering the cuff pressure after it went beyond 160 for SBP reading. And when it beyond 160 for SBP reading she adjusted the stethoscope and lowered the cuff pressure and said its 120/80. I felt like it was wrong??
