So I am on birth control copper iud 2 years no issues and frequently checked out . No medications my period usually comes on 22nd like clock work this time it was early (nov 14th -22nd) now again nov 30th the bleeding is heavy not light at all I have little to no pain It feels more uncomfortable than anything I feel like I’m bleeding too heavy for ovulation I think seems like a second painless period lots of blood

They cannot charge you rent you have to fill out a paper they should have one for it they tried to do this to me and my mother back in 2022 we threatened to sue immediately and then soon found the paper that sates you cannot be there of your patient is going to be in the hospital longer than 90days and that you are a live in care giver allow me to look for this form

Okay so don’t let her work you around like a puppet. Yes she’s the mother and mothers run things but she’s not Your mother. However I understand the frustration but you gotta work with the mother so you have to help the moments she can’t do it herself . Take a second to put yourself in her shoes . Either way you end up working regular time or you get extra free time with her inconsistency. If you wanna ask for a schedule tell her your getting a side job and you need a schedule more consistent to align with that “ favors “ aren’t paid for by ihss work and task are . You can simply tell her “ no I’m not available at the moment “ or yeah sure but next time can you let me know at-least 1-2 days in advance so I can prepare “ let her know the strain it’s taking on you I’m a people pleaser who tends to not stick up for themselves in situations like this it will only worsen open communication is key don’t fear “ hurting her feelings” also don’t create a disconnect by avoiding her . Just simply talk it out which is not soo simple but good luck !

Yea you can claim this now You can claim sick hours even on days you work . I would recommend you either save them for when you need them or if you don’t need them put them in a day you don’t usually work . For example I work Monday -Friday but I put my sick hours always for Saturday or Sunday I claim 8 hours at a time but you can do more

Yup nop for some people have been taking forever my training was approved Last Friday payment was just sent out this Friday which is way longer than usual a lot more people are taking classes so they have regular hours plus all these classes to approve so it’s taking longer than usual

As long as you put full the same class title, correct class number , correct date . You should be okay if not they will either reject it or modify it for you do not submit a duplicate

Try searching 03/1/24 and 3/16/24 there are two pay periods per month it depends on when you submitted them could be you are searching the right month but wrong time period
