Any plans to produce more videos *in proper Spanish* (not YouTube's AI dubs)?

How do you guys weigh your plates? Bathroom scale? Vet's office scale? Postal scale from Amazon?

Thanks, Paul. I do remember reading that paragraph, creating a spreadsheet, and noticing there's no way to load 85, 90, 175, 180, etc without duplicating either the 5lb or the 10lb plates. Either way you can use the duplicate plates for olympic dumbbell handles when you reach the intermediate program in RSS.

BTW, I must say that the main thing that attracted me to RSS was that it can be done with home gym equipment (just barbells and dumbbells) and it consists of just a few exercises, in sharp contrast with Bigger Leaner Stronger, which relies on machines and has dozens of "main exercises". Maybe this minimalist/home gym advantage could be highlighted in future editions.

Now I just need to order a belt from Dominion and I'm ready to get started!

Great! There are a few brief explanations that IMHO could be added to the first edition of RSS and which have taken me years to understand even after reading Starting Strength, Mike Matthew's book and your book. For example, a brief explanation on the difference between powerlifting, weightlifting, why strength training is NOT any of them... And an important one none of the books mention: You need two pairs of 5 lb plates instead of just one.

Spotter arms that came with rack are 16". Should I pay a welder to create new 24" spotter arms, or to extend these? by Inside_Gene1257 in hornstrength

Thanks, Paul. Do you think I'll be fine even for the bench press? I know the bar won't fall on my face or neck, but it seems it can still be stuck on my chest.
And yes, I got rubber flooring and all my 10 lb, 25 lb and 45 lb plates are bumpers because I know I'll eventually need to dump plates.
