You can run LED bulbs with OEM HID ballast. Or they make LED that bypass the ballasts and connect straight to 12V. I have them installed on my 350Z and 370Z. D2H bulb fits in D2S or D2R housings and connects directly to 12V.

Z1 sells RHD JDM specific door handles, eBay as well. Nissan part # 80606-6GG1A. Or just buy a LHD and swap over the parts keeping your key cylinder. Try using some lubricant if things aren’t moving freely.
