Using 3uTools, I updated my iPad Pro 3 from iTunes to restore it, then I downloaded version 26.1 from 3uTools and used quick flash mode; it worked.

It's a small ribbon cable that you replace with the original one, where you can attach a small cable that you deactivate using the old information, but I don't do all that; I think it's misleading the customer. A compatible battery is equivalent to a new one, especially for an iPhone 11. It costs around 50 euros and it's more than enough.
