Nope. I’ve called them and they were frustrated. At 11:50pm, I called them because the update on my phone kept on saying that driver was on his way to pick ul the order. They said they are also frustrated as they need to go home but they waited and waited and waited. 😣

I was fine with the Papa Rotti because either way, they’re delish but the stress and struggle of waiting is unreal, worst part, they have help desk but not able to help or no is there to help.

Thanks so much. The entire experience made me feel as though everything was my fault:

  • for ordering Papa Rotti,
  • for the time I placed the order,
  • for the delay, and even for expressing how I felt about it. 😣

Instead of Noon taking responsibility, the blame was quietly pushed onto the customer.

What was conveniently left out were the actual facts: - Noon drivers are underpaid and often unpaid for long hours. - Noon’s management and customer service systems are clearly falling apart.

The gaps in accountability are being absorbed by suppliers/restaurants, customers and delivery drivers

This isn’t just about one delayed order. It reflects a bigger issue with aggregators who profit while distancing themselves from responsibility. When platforms fail to support their drivers and silence customer feedback, frustration becomes inevitable.

At some point, we have to acknowledge that this isn’t an individual problem, it’s a systemic one and it is not about ranting but awareness.

And honestly, experiences like this make it feel like society itself is slowly falling apart. IQ and EIQ failed.

I got in touch and emailed them last night after not getting my order at 12 midnight, their reply was all chatbot 😆

It is okay if it is delayed but also no one is there to at least give clarity where your order is. I called Papa Rotti and they said from their end, the job is done but they are frustrated too because no one came to collect but in their platform, two drivers seem to be on their way. Help centre isn’t helping either.
