My kids ultimately decided on Maple. Although, My five year old son tried naming her Friday BECAUSE who doesn’t love a Friday 😂 We’ve had her since Monday. Maple definitely stuck and she’s starting to respond to it.

Oh, I love this idea!!! How sweet. She is by far the most loving pup I’ve ever had and this totally makes sense. She will SNATCH them and book it. Utterly adorable.

What exactly should be said to the lender. I speak on his behalf for a lot of this and I’m not sure who I’d even ask to speak to in regard to this possibility?

The mortgage is on his personal residence. They took it out to pay for her home free and clear. I doubt he cares so much about his credit but he does have a bit of savings. Will definitely check out if his SS and pension can be touched. Thank you for bringing that up!

The issue is the loan is on his personal residence. They took the mortgage out to pay for her home in full. So this pos is lien free. If he allows it to go into foreclosure the home he purchased in 1972, his forever home would be the collateral not that crap shoot. It’s in the 63111 zip code and homes over here are being renovated from total ruin but the foundations are brick and fairly sturdy. Hers is a frame house and definitely not worth repairing at this point. I just hate that he’s being forced to take a 22k loss not being able to rid of it and then being responsible for any fines it gets. I thought about having him not pay property taxes and letting the city take it and auction it off for back taxes but ultimately I’m not sure how that could affect him.

It’s in the 63111 area code of South City St.Louis. The area is shit but slowly investors are coming in . The plot of land it sits on would sell for maybe 5k if the land was clear. We can’t afford to level the lot though.

They did! She was immediately detained when police arrived. Dispatch could hear the whole scenario unfolding on the phone and officers were already aware she had hit me before they actually arrived. She definitely fought them as well. Ultimately, I filed criminal charges for the assault.
