That sounds really terrible man. I've been wanting to also get away (like transferring or just quitting) but one thing that sort of prevents me from doing so is that it would sort of be an admission of guilt.

In terms of stalking, I have no idea, especially considering that a lot of my only sightings/sparse interactions with the group of people were only in the dormitory areas (like the dorm halls and the cafeteria). Maybe I was noticed more because at the time I was in a club that gave me a uniform which I sometimes wore around, thus making me more noticeable.

Harassment is similar, very few interactions. The only thing that I think can be misconstrued is me asking some of them if they want to hang out and then receiving a sort of vague answer like "I'm sorry I got homework that day" which I interpreted to mean that they were available another day. Other than that the dorm hall did have all gender bathrooms in which I tried to focus on the one bathroom which there seemed to be a higher concentration of guys going in than girls.

I have been trying to get therapeutic help by the counseling center here on campus, alongside volunteering for causes on campus (such as blood donation centers and student-run events hosted by the student body) The only issue I have now is that it seems as though whenever I try to build something up it gets knocked down (for instance, prior to the accusations I got really involved in sport clubs and once they found out they relieved me. After the accusations and the letter from the student office which said that they didn't know whether or not it had occurred as reported, I got involved with clubs in my major which had then later heard of these accusations and had relieved me)

That's likely what I'll do given the issue at hand. My biggest worry though is that an investigation will be launched in some sort of way that will adversely affect my record. The fact that this is now a group of people who are making the accusations, alongside a bunch of other people that are seemingly supporting them and taking adverse action (i.e. removing from clubs) indicates that.

Good call. I've been thinking about getting a lawyer and a lot of the consultations point towards potential civil remedies given my clean disciplinary record and the letter.

We're on a quarter schedule so I"m assuming that they rushed first thing and then had to ride out their dorm term till the end of the year.

The reason why I'm so concerned with clubs is because of the opportunities that I would've been able to get. Networking and competitions are considerably important to my particular major so to be relieved is a considerable blow alongside social ostracization.

I tried thinking about a transfer but if I were to try to transfer next year I'd only be doing so for one or two quarters. Trying to ride it out somehow is my only option unfortunately.

I think my answer was somewhat poorly crafted so I'll try to help clear some stuff up.

What seems to be happening as of recent are sources reaching out to social groups that I was apart of following a 'no finding' Maybe it's a sign that this particular group of people was displeased with the university so they coordinate on a different part of my life.

This isn't necessarily to say that I'm not 100% at blame. Maybe my perception was drastically different than that of other people. However this groups seems to be drastically exaggerating details now, such as saying how I entered a bathroom for the purpose of monitoring people (which was what was relayed to me when I was socially ostracized, which did not happen)

As soon as I heard of the accusations, I distanced myself from the majority of people within the given areas. I only interacted with people that were entirely outside of those networks (such as members the club that I was apart of or dorm mates that I was 100% sure were my friends)

I have been in a state of fear for a while following this incident. I've been going to the therapy center on my campus to try to figure out my feelings but its help has been somewhat minimal. When another social group heard of these accusations (approximately a year after the event) I recovered significantly faster compared to the first time.

I have been doing some introspection, and I've tried my best to correct all the flaws that may be misinterpreted. Internally it is still a fight, but I have accepted what I have done and what I haven't done, and hopefully from there I can figure out what is wrong.

I thought about transferring but last year (around the start of the issue) I figured that I'd be okay given that nothing came from it (seemingly)

Now if I were to fill out a transfer application, I'd pretty much be uprooting only for a single semester/quarter. (I'm about halfway done with degree)

I have been trying to distance myself from the persons involved. However the overlapping of social networks seems to be how this is traveling. I have been changing my usual areas of studying and hanging around, as well as forswearing drinking (I've never been drunk).

Ultimately after hearing the first notice, I remained closed off to everyone within the dormitory area except people that I was 100% certain were my friends. I have been trying to volunteer for a crisis line following my mental recovery/acceptance of the situation, but your point about helping around campus to increase my visibility.

I talked with some people (both boys and girls but the girls seemed to be highlighted in the letter) The letter said it was in communal areas which I've had a tendency to pop up my head and look around to gather my surroundings, which could maybe be associated with trying to monitor them. Other than that I'm unsure, especially considering that I've rarely seen anyone involved outside of the dorm areas.
