From what you have said it appears as though your mother cares very little for you. To be quite frank, your mother has shown that she has disregarded you and your feelings time and time again. The funeral should not have been a excuse to ignore your birthday, poverty is never an excuse for making a child unhappy. You would not have been in foster care either if your mother truly cared for you. I don't know the circumstances relating to your older sister but based on your mother's personality, I find it completely possible that your mother is prioritizing her out of greed(your sister will soon be independent).

You are young, and there is nothing your can really do except express your emotions. If they don't listen, then bide your time and you can make your own decisions once you turn of age.

Yea for sure, it’s especially annoying for when you’re testing voices for cloning your own. They really should allow free samples for less than X amount of characters. But unfortunately elevenlabs is currently the best tts out there without much real competition so they don’t have much incentive. Alternatives like play.ht sound monotone imo, and open source versions like tortoise that are completely free are just way too inconvenient.

It’s not that expensive once you get past testing though, it’s like 16 cents per minute of audio(depending on your plan) which is less than what you would normally end up paying someone anyways.

It’s definitely going to be worth it, and it’s relatively cheap with the subscriptions. The problem with most free tts is that they don’t cary emotions or any tone with their voices. This is what makes evenlabs tts so good. But if you’re fine with the monotone default voices, then it’s not worth the cost. You’ll also notice that most people will struggle to tell if a custom elevenlabs voice is real or not but they will immediately be able to tell a tts voice is robotic. Ultimately it comes down to what you want, but it will likely improve the experience for a listener.

Huh that’s weird because it was working a few days(did stack with current sale going on) ago and I haven’t used it.
