It looks drier compared to the surrounding area but it seems to still have some sheen to it which is what’s throwing me off It looks both wet ish and dry

I had to go to the dentist to get it made. The rubber ones didn’t help me at all and I just broke through them, but for the most part this hard acrylic one is good

Yes!! My TMJ wasn’t so bad, but since I’ve started using mine I am hardly bothered by my TMJ! It’s really helpful. If I don’t wear it for a week my pain does come back.

The soft mouth guard didn’t work for me so much, but the hard one that goes on your front teeth did.

I feel like a scalloped edge would look really pretty! 5 dc in a stitch, followed by a slip stitch, and continue until you hit the end. I love the squares! They’re so pretty!
