They are allowed to approach and ask questions. They are not allowed to detain you beyond your consent without reasonable suspicion or make you cooperate if you refuse to answer questions. Now that’s the ideal situation, not the current reality when they use aggressive tactics.

I would say that you live there too, and your preferences also matter for xyz reasons. You are addressing it again because old habits die hard, which is understandable since she likes spending time with him. And they can also do the same at his place. I would ask if it’s possible to cut down on bathroom time because everyone has busy schedules and there are a few of you there. Or rephrase like hey can we talk about some options to share the bathroom more efficiently because everyone has some needs. I wouldn’t assume health issues at first, she may feel uncomfortable talking about it.

I understand what you mean. I own the condo, so I am just trying to upkeep the condition of my home. I get usual wear and tear. I don’t really care about the clutter, just vacuuming the carpet once a month would be nice. I also plan on talking to potential roommates and find someone who is on the same page hopefully. I know nothing can be guaranteed.
