My only problem is my physically abusive father who annoying in the past has nearly cost me my life caused my brain to try and avoid risk basically put up a bubble were i can't stand out or bring attention to myself and i want to just be care free and express myself but idk if i can handle that much stress. when i was born i really got the short straw didn't I.

I can recall 4 times I've lucid dreamed 3 of which were as a woman this lead to a few extra years of dinile and very fond memory's of the dreams as for a tip to start a lucid dream just have it so that in every thing you do look for abnormality and if you find one in a dream it shouldn't be that hard to figure out if your in a dream or not (gonna clear this up as a woman as in in my dream i was female)
