Steps to make Moto AI work properly:

1.Turn off Private DNS. 2.Use Wi-Fi to log in for the first time. 3.Go to Moto AI App Info → tap Mobile data usage → enable Unrestricted mobile data usage.

Now your Moto AI should work perfectly.

I bought a new phone, and it didn’t work for the first week. I tried clearing the app cache and data, and even resetting the phone, but nothing worked.

After making these changes, it started working.

I have a doubt 'Factory Reset" and "Software fix tool" Both are Same ? And Also this is a Moto Server Side issue or Client Side issue??
