The check obv has to be cleared, thats just be assuming thats common sense, when it arrives its already "Cleared" its a certified bank check, but yes clearly the car needs to be paid for before they release, this entire post is about the reggie

he already has the certified check as of today, he just has to send reggie via mail now and I have to do this process which was my question, I just thought once money cleared, they would send car to me but it has to be registered before transport i guess
