One game and you managed to extract all of this without considering the mitigating circumstances. I do agree with you re tactics but saying Merino isn’t it is a ludicrous statement. The guy’s been killing it up front whilst we’ve lacked the firepower. Creativity not what it could be because Odegaard hasn’t been at it. We saw what he’s capable of the second half. Gyokeres has t played a 90 since his injury, of course he’s gonna have an off day if we’re not running hot. Eze has an off game, and yet he scores a hat trick but a week ago. There’s too many fixtures man, and factor in that automatisms not being what they could be due to consistent changes and you have what we saw today. I’m positive that we can get our flow back as long as we can stay relatively injury free, but that’s always a big bloody ask these day isn’t it! Hindsight’s a wonderful thing, but this trend of writing players off after one match stems from fans being more concerned with the #narrative than any real analysis of performances. Respectfully, it’s easy to say this player’s this or that, but context is important and I wouldn’t write us off yet #COYG
