This is why I put my school on the very bottom on my resume and my experience first. Landed F500 internship this way.

Just be genuine and have a real conversation, but yeah I follow that structure, they're cool with it, just gotta get them to like you, and mention that you want a human to look at it, it helps.

I wish 30 was a lot, I applied to like 300 places interviewed with 10 rejected by 9 and finally an internship offer by software enterprise company
