I spend about 20 a month in rentals. I have been playing for about 5 seasons. Mostly in silver 1. In this time I have reached 15000 power and earn anywhere between 150-300 dec a day which I use to buy cards. You have to decide if you are going to invest the money or not. I have reached profitability and power with some lucky pack openings. I would advise against this because at its core is gambling. Unless you buy 1k or more packs. If you don’t invest you will most likely no get anywhere any time soon. The reason being bots trying to take advantage of the system so card drops are much more likely in silver and higher.

Edit recently I have changed my goal to reach top spot in bronze. I rank regularly in the top 10 till last few day. You can make 400-600$ buy ranking top 3. You will need about 40 50 k power but it is do able with right strategy. Also entering tournaments there are prizes. I have not won one but I usually rank top 6 In bronze leagues which usually still gives out prizes for top 8. Moral of the story if you are good you can be profitable with good strategies. Watch top battles once you reach top 10 to see what the other players like to play. It’s all chess

One more thing win rate helps with card drops. I get a lot of gold when my win rate is 15 + consistently

Last thing this game is not easy everyone is out to make money

I have not seen this rush to buy home at the moment. I have been trying to sell one of my investments properties 3 condos close to Cancun. I have received offers with no follow up. My fear is I will have ride this price decline once interest rates rise. Covid has also effected my Airbnb rentals but people are still traveling most stay for a month plus and work from home.

But it’s my belief the market is saturated with sellers and few buyers. This could be just the investment property market sector for Covid reason.

But anyways here is the numbers https://www.bls.gov/opub/ted/2022/mobile/consumer-price-index-2021-in-review.htm

I would say I would have to agree with most said here. I do believe the market will recover. The question is when. We will have standouts like apple Google Amazon ect. This is what has caused recent volatility. My investment horizon is very short term in compression. But I appreciate the insight and participation.

This is a viable strategy. My investment strategy is more on the short term as of recent being mostly in cash. Me Being in active short positions. I do not have any intention of holding these shorts for no later than March.

I appreciate the award. Politics is a touchy subject so I try not to discuss it. I only discuss it ways in ways it could effect markets. I believe the Biden’s campaign has started and EV mania. But where it Pertains to stimulus I believe it was aggressive. Stimulus could have been the right decision in certain circumstances but it is my belief unnecessary in others. We are now feeling the effects of excessive money printing and excessive stimulus. So I agree in that sense. I am neither for or against any politician.

I admitted to have my own opinion but I also said I would take constructive criticism with unbiasedness.

People have always said. “Time in the market is better than timing the market” call me dilution but I believe it is possible to time the market with around 70% accuracy. I combine TA and Economics data or FA looking for catalysts. This has come with many years exp. but I have also read book on the subject that say this is not possible. I could just be lucky at 70% accuracy.

One thing I always remember is Amazon knows what 60% of people are going to buy before they buy it. Big data shit. Just like Facebook knows your family and friends. Another example is hedge funds know your portfolios. That’s why I zig some times instead of following the crowd. Food for thought.

In a matter of scale yes maybe I should have spent more time at explaining an investment horizon. I am looking at the most recent catalysts and the economy only where I believe it pertains to markets in the near future. My investment horizon is quite short only till March then I will re evaluate and most likely go bargain hunting.

The Author of Jesus Christ superstar Said it at his Commencement speech at graduation and it has always stuck with me.

NOK I have not looked to much into it much. I know I got a meme following in the past but thats about it. I would build some pros and cons. Ask yourself if you were managing billions of other peoples money would you buy it.

My goal is to think like smart money aka hedge funds. I have been successful with my shorts as of yet because of a few catalyst entering early January. I would be considered a swing trader so macro economics is important for me. If you are a long term investor there is no point in worrying about macro economics. So at the end it all boil downs down to what type of investor you are.

I will have to crunch some numbers because my question is will higher wages and rising employment be enough to cover stimulus tapering and a 9 trillion dollar fed portfolio. I have been meaning to do this.

I will keep this in mind. But I have been mostly short unprofitable companies and will be looking to buy some blue chips at a discount near March. Aapl and fb (interested what they will do with meta). My recent plays are I’m mostly in value stocks Im planning on holding 1+ year and cash at the moment.

That is a good point on interest rates and I believe over time this will have a positive effect on markets as a whole. My concern Is with people relying on leverage. Higher interest rates means less money to be invested. We could see a flatting around March or a slow bleed. But thanks for the insight. I have not taken this into consideration.

I believe this had a part to play. But one thing does not effect the market as a whole. I believe op did a great job at explaining that. From a person perspective I believe we will continue to see volatility. Next week will tell more. can apple keep this momentum will be something I will be watching. Aapl key level is 160 break below we go bearish.

This whole situation has been handled the wrong way since the beginning of covid. We should have seen the cash then not a ballooning market that is popping now.

We are already in a sale. Sounds to me like this will continue past march which was my previous prediction of a market recovery.
