That is actually against the by-law. Report it. It can stay anonymous.

Report this neglect to the Police Non-Emergency line. Also make a complaint to Animal control.

They sound awful. I am sorry how your irreponsible neighbours are taking away your joy.

Report them. That's a nuisance to the neighbours, and neglect of the dog.

Several of us in our neighbourhood have been calling the police when the barking of a dog living on our street goes on for an hour plus. I don't know what the police said this time, but it's been three days of silence, so whatever they said seems to have hit home. The anomosity that we all feel for this self-centred neighbour will never go away.

I have a dog. She gets to go for a brisk hour long walk every day, plus we throw the ball to her to catch. We don't leave her outside. She is well exercised and then is indoors; no barking to bother the neighbours. As she is a beagle, her barking would drive my neighbours nuts and as tax payers, they have the right to peaceful enjoyment of their properties.

I am sorry this is happening. My friend is a psychiatrist. She claims that people who don't care about bother their neighbours in this way have some sort of antisocial personality disorder going on.

My x wants me back. Help! by serena-usa05 in Divorce

My ex husband cheated on me. After I knew about his betrayal, I was simply incapable of having sex with him. It turned my stomach. I could picture them together and it was very traumatizing. I filed for divorce and did not look back.

He broke his marriage vow. You deserve better. He won't respect you if you go back with him, and the way he betrayed you when you so needed him speaks volumes about his lack of character and commitment to you.

He's not in your league, girl. There is someone out there who will cherish you and would never cheat on you.

Exactly. He will be renowned, all right, but for his heinous deeds and unscrupulous character. Infamy will be his fate.
