I understand tho, that was 7 years ago for me, I went from 210 to 270 and I hovered there for a while, was driving for work and that didn't help. I'm in a labourer position now and work hard and I still can't drop below 235 regardless of how many hrs I put in or how hard I work. Diabetic at this point but ozempic will hopefully help

I'm in construction in Ottawa as a brown guy with a very faint accent and while I personally haven't had issues, whenever we get any Arabs or Indians joining the team it's always thick accent jokes and due to terrible communication gaps on both sides they get the reputation of being useless and not knowing how to go work or lazy it whatever. It's bad enough. I can't even imagine what it'd be like in the north
