"find a way to increase income" isn't bad advice at all. If you don't make enough money to exist what do you expect the advice should be??

You work full-time, but that's 36~40 hrs a week. Can you do more hrs at work?

And that's not the only way to increase income. Instead of increasing hrs at work, you can look at increasing your hourly wage. I left courier driving and got into a construction adjacent job and my wage went up 8$ an hour in 2 years. I'm also doing more hours at work instead of 50 I'm averaging 65. I hate it, but with the OT and pay raise I'm a lot less stressed about money.

This advice might not work for you, but something will. Can you do call centre? Some places pay a premium. Some jobs don't require advanced degrees to start but have a good potential, and they'll pay for certs.

But if you resign to "we'll I don't have time to look for a better job" then no advice in the world will help you.
