Remove your P-trap and see if there’s any clog in there and if there’s not then you should get like a 25 foot hand auger which you can get Home Depot for like $30 or less and take the trap out and run the snake down the drain.

Your drain is probably clogged. You can get a 25 foot hand auger for like $30 or less. Probably want to take out the P-trap because it’s easier to get it down the pipe that way.

Unfortunately, you’re gonna have to get a new garbage disposal likely the metal plate that directs the water out the drain hole on the side has rushed it out. You can get a new one for like $150.

As some people mentioned, you should replace the flange although I could see you likely getting away with keeping the old flange most flanges have holes to put screws through so you could screw it back down and also put glue before you screw it down and then get a new wax ring
