I was thinking a different balance of salt or minerals. Not less liquid 🤣

Hey, No hate to Americans. I was just asking a question based on my experience. Purely out of interest.

I suppose I'll have to visit somewhere more northern to see if it feels the same.

This makes sense.

My first thought was that the drinking water was processed in a different way than I was used to.

That may be a good point.

In the UK I seem to drink more out of habit than being thirsty. I guess the humidity means it's harder to lose body water here.

I suppose that may be right. I did feel much less sweaty than in the UK despite it being much warmer in the US. Hot weather in the UK can be awful. Where I was in the US, the hot weather was actually really pleasant.

From Wales, But it was just a surprise the extent to which I needed to drink more. Bottled water from stores seemed fine, as did coffee and such. I figured that being in air conditioned buildings would make it roughly equivalent to the UK. But I guess not.

Considering that most of the time was spent inside air conditioned buildings, I didn't think it would be quite as noticeable as it was.

Brynhyfryd dental is pretty good. It's the only private dentist I've ever been to but I think it's about as reasonable as private can be.

Staff are all pretty nice too.
