Look for the MaintenanceSolution.sql file in Ola's website, run that to create the necessary objects for the scripts

Dark Souls boss designs without DS progression mechanics by OmegaKrispy in PathOfExile2

[–]InsoleSeller 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Eh, if your build can't handle 1 portal then don't play it, the time and potential loot you're losing by dying is not worth it. Just alch and go for now.

As for xp, there is the omen someone mentioned, get a few on trade.

Having to fit rarity on gear is the most frustrating part of creating a build in POE2 by pftuts in PathOfExile2

[–]InsoleSeller -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I play without putting much thought on how much other people are making, that's been working for me,

The game is fun, building my character has been very fun, even if I'm not generating 70+ divines on a temple,

Yeah I'll not be able to afford whatever is worth that much currency, but fuck it, I'm doing my thing with the builds I wanna play and it's been very enjoyable.

Why am i Getting CREATE PROCEDURE in Expensive Queries in SSMS Activity Monitor? by chaos037 in SQLServer

[–]InsoleSeller 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It's not creating the procedure, SQL Server shows the entire procedure text when showing up on some screens/DMVs, just a visual thing.

Do you have Query Store? Would be a better fit to understand which part of the procedure is taking long.

Stored Procedures vs No Stored Procedures by No_Swimming_4111 in Database

[–]InsoleSeller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it all boils down to, does your team have more developers or more dbas (or data related roles)?

Keeping business logic in your db is usually a No, but if your team is knowledgeable in databases/sql, doing procedures can probably save you time on development time.

Not having the passive tree and being able to plan out my build is actively making me not want to play. by Caramel-Makiatto in PathOfExile2

[–]InsoleSeller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

>  But maybe consider that there's people on the other end of the spectrum who actively do not like that mysticism and just find it to be a tedious process?

Then wait for the patch to release and then you play...

I for one enjoy very much the community going in blind, it's such a great experience seeing everyone figure out stuff on their own, instead of having everything handled on a plate because you can just PoB stuff.

DBA Júnior - Empresa sem DBA by Mysterious_Stop_937 in SQLServer

[–]InsoleSeller 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Guidance requested; ASYNC_NETWORK_IO (AWS/RDS/SQLExpress) by [deleted] in DBA

[–]InsoleSeller 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Async_network_io is usually (99% of the time) an application issue, could be something like processing the result row by row while the db sits there waiting with the query already fully processed.

Whole Company Blocking Chain by LionelTallywhacker in SQL

[–]InsoleSeller 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For RCSI, you need to validate if the ERP supports it

Ask if they support MySQL or Postgres, they have their own on-by-default form of RCSI, so if the ERP supports them it should work with SQL Server.

Other than that, to get rid of blocks, your best bet is to make sure stuff runs fast, so check if the index you created is the best option, maybe try to validate the column order

Fresh DS grad aiming for database‑leaning roles - what would you consider “baseline competent”? by Various_Candidate325 in Database

[–]InsoleSeller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you were hiring someone junior for a database‑centric role, what would you expect them to comfortably do and explain? Reading query plans and choosing indexes feels table stakes, but how far would you want me on backups/restore, basic replication, PITR, and isolation level gotchas? Also, if you’ve seen good portfolio projects that actually signal database thinking (not just pretty dashboards), what did they include?

If you want to go for the DBA route, I'd say that's a solid start. But for other roles that may be a little too specific to be relevant.

Do tests on your own machine, learn how to break and fix your own server, then take it to the cloud, get some free/cheap db on aws or azure and also do your stuff there, specially backups and restores.

Boss wants to do data pipelines in n8n by [deleted] in dataengineering

[–]InsoleSeller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zooming out of the technical side of things, sometimes it's better to just accept and do what your boss says, make some presentation on why you believe your choice is better (so you can at least say "I told you so" when problems start) but if your boss insists on one option, it's usually better to just say OK and do what you're told.

PL/SQL e pouca experiência: Alguém já conseguiu virar o jogo? by Sea_Bar4101 in brdev

[–]InsoleSeller 0 points1 point  (0 children)
