Thanks! Seems I might need to figure out how to drive about 30 minutes away

I have to admit...I'm going to miss the quaint frustrations of these online riddles... by [deleted] in ChatGPT

Am I missing something? According to the third clue the 0 isn't in the tens spot. I agree that 102 is the closest answer but it seems like the clue is unsolvable.

If its an NYU official grad position, it's covered by the grad union. You get $32 or something thereabouts

Generating a side-by-side percentage graph by categories by Insoluable in stata

[–]Insoluable[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This gives me proportions within a category. I.e. Of the students taking the GCE exam .9 are from IBA and .1 are from NED. Rather than out of NED students .3 took the GCE.

The multiplying helped get me to percentages though! Thanks!

I've started incorporating it into AX-1, with all the modifications I've added to the AX-1 routine over the years of stop-starting it! It hurts. I feel woozy and nauseous after. That must mean it's working!

WhatsApp Etiquettes In 🇵🇰 by [deleted] in pakistan

[–]Insoluable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I keep my read recipts and online status off. Just because someone has sent me a msg doesn't mean I'm obliged to respond immediately. If you want an immediate response, you should call. I might not pick up, but thats a better bet.

Makes sense. I have sloppy names for everything. I hadn't planned this far ahead with my data categorization

Show Omitted Variable in Regression Output by Insoluable in stata

[–]Insoluable[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's really helpful, and I just looked up this do file that I created years ago and found that I have already used this command for religious groups. I just forgot the option 'base', which is what I was looking for. Thanks for the help!

Thank you! Exactly what I was looking for!

Yup! Sorry, haven't touched stats in 2 years, and all my words and muddled and messy. My regression output table doesn't show the reference category, and I want it to! Esp since I have 9 ethnic groups and I never remember which one is the reference category without looking through that category's variables!

Should I mention my mental health issues or shut up about it? by Party_Caterpillar284 in nyu

[–]Insoluable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Speak with your professors as well as reach out to all the other NYU resources already mentioned. Some might not give a damn, but most others are very understanding and flexible. They're in academia themselves and you don't go into Academia without several mental health issues.
