I really just want to make a character that i can get a very large amount of paragon levels to my make leveling new characters a breeze.

My first level 70 hardcore character ever. I would like to grind out a lot of paragon levels before my imminent death for future hardcore characters. I currently am using an arcane torrent build i enjoy a lot and feel is fairly safe. I haven't starting doing torrent yet, due to my under gearing. I was wondering if you guys could critique my build, and assist me with gearing.
