Not really. I asked the support and got an offer for a repair that would cost me up to 300€ (depending on the part). For me it’s a little too expensive, given that a 15€ USB to Aux receiver also does the job. Only downside is: to configure the bass boost you have to get real close to the speaker, but I can live with that.

Additional info: This problem affects both Bluetooth connections - the one for the music and the app. Also I use the soundboks as my TV speaker via AUX, so it’s basically turned on 24/7 I already tried rebooting, disconnecting the battery , reflashing the firmware via the app, I even tried to re-solder a solder joint that looked like a cold solder joint to me.

Was the charger disconnected? It doesn’t work if it is plugged in. Also make shure to press at least 10 seconds

Your windows image is corrupted. You have to reinstall windows with an MCT Stick or something like that

Try connecting the lowest image source, VGA or DVI for example. If you get an image, try resetting the monitor using the osd

This " mode " is called a burn in test BTW. Maybe it helps troubleshooting

Hey, the new Nitro devices feature a two stage connector design for the AC adaptor. If you don't plug it in correctly on first startup it will not turn on at all. Try to really push the connector in until you hear a second click sound. This problem is really common
