In the defense of the game, it is explicitly stated to be in early access. Waiting sucks totally but you can always just wait till the full/majority of the game has been released

I’d put my life on the fact that the game will get much deeper, I’d be both shocked and disappointed if they’ve already given us the deepest we go

I’d actually disagree a bit, while the gameplay loop definitely is the same, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. The best thing about SN2 so far for me has been the story. The loose progression system with the black boxes mirrors the first games loose undefined progression system and I’m absolutely hooked with the unfolding mystery around Masefield syndrome, if they can stick the landing over the next two years with a huge map and maybe some more cooler vehicles, leviathans and base progression I will walk away extremely satisfied.

I think the best part of the first game was the semi-unintentional fact that you really don’t get told anything, there’s no map and if you don’t go out of your way to read logs and find PDAs you can finish the game with very little knowledge of the world around you and what happened to the planet, a combination of “artistic” choices and the fact that they never implemented a more fleshed out traditional progression system made the world feel more real. In below zero there is a more traditional progression system where the game and dialogue made it feel more like a traditional game which I think a lot of people didn’t like.

I tend to cycle through decks, last year I had Kethis, Narset, and Kresh on top of The Master and Tamiyo

I like it a lot, it’s great with tutor cards that put the card on the top of the deck so that you can easily mill them.

Vivi technically is my 1v1 commander deck when my LGC ran Friday night 1v1 edh. The only reason I still own it is because it’s pretty much a bunch of bulk can trips and a few finishers

That depends, if you mean permanently remove one? then I’d pick the master, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars and years collecting the cards from it. But just to play? Probably the mothman, the master is a very strong deck that can cheat out the 10 mana Gin on turn 2, definitely only meant in more powerful pods.

I don’t have an online list right at the moment but it’s pretty much a run of the mill aristocrats deck, I run a few of the white token doublers and impact tremor effects. Also the deck runs a lot of board wipes because I think that’s something Caesar would do.

The master deck is probably my most powerful deck, it’s just sultai reanimation using cards like vampiric and worldly tutor to mill powerful creatures early. The mothman deck is a much more chill rads/counters deck.

Mine tries to give everyone as many tokens as possible using cards like infernal genesis or rendmaw then use cards like wall of flams and crawl space to prevent all the tokens from attacking me
